The presidents Zuma's toll free line

All South Africans can dial 17737 (toll-free from landline) to get through to the Presidents hotline office with questions or gripes pertaining to governments service delivery. www.mydreamcourse.co.za
In the year 2009 the toll free line to the President that was long promised was launched and is up and running. Now the question that I and many other South African citizens might have is , Is this medium of communication effective?
Now let me take you through the process of calling in.
When one calls through they speak to a call centre aggent if you are lucky you just might speak to the President himself, they will then keep a record of your complaint .The complaint you have lodged will then be directed to the  particular department in which the service was not correctly done , that particular department has a duty of resolving the problem and getting back to the presidency office to say, ''yes we have recieved complains about our service delivery and we have done so and so to fix the matter. If the problem is not or cannot be resolved the employee that is in the wrong will face disciplinary action .

Now what if we have problems with the call centre itself and the standard of service that they are rendering . for instance yes they will direct to you the department, but what are they doing to minimise the problems that the people have ,you might ask. so far we have not yet heard from them( presidency office) saying through the hotline we have made analysis of the problems flooding in and thus now we have implemented this to alleviate the problems and to reassure the people that it wont happen again.
